Withdrawal from the contract

You can withdraw from the purchase of a gift voucher within 14 days, if you have not used it. We refund the money the same way you paid.

You can cancel a booked session in the email from Reservio or by phone at least 24 hours in advance. The law does not allow withdrawal from a booked session.

Withdrawal in short

The binding rules are in our terms and conditions in Czech. The declaration in the form below stays in Czech, as it is stored in our records exactly as sent.

What
The purchase of an electronic gift voucher, within 14 days of purchase, if the voucher has not been used.
Refund
Without undue delay, no later than 14 days, the same way you paid. We cancel the voucher and let you know by email.
Bookings
The law does not allow withdrawal from a booked session. Cancel it at least 24 hours in advance in the Reservio email or by phone.

The form below sends your withdrawal to us. Its declaration is in Czech; in English it says: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for the purchase of the electronic gift voucher stated below.”

Tímto oznamuji, že odstupuji od smlouvy o nákupu elektronického dárkového poukazu uvedené níže.

In English: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for the purchase of the electronic gift voucher stated below.”

We will send the confirmation of your withdrawal there.

You will find it in the email with your voucher. Do not have it to hand? Write the date of purchase and the voucher amount.

The button sends your notice of withdrawal. We will email you a confirmation with its content and the time it was received.
